LEAD/OUTSOURCE EXPERIENCE

At Halon Entertainment, I was responsible for many finished levels with my team, from blockout to completion. I provided:

  • mentoring and providing feedback to 12 artists, ensuring they had paint-overs and any questions answered

  • Daily meetings with the client, where I presented current progress, ensured we were meeting deliverable expectations, and answered any questions they might have

  • Attending daily stand-ups, going over Jira sprint board with wider teams, ensuring we were all on track to meet goals

  • On some projects, sitting with directors and driving them through levels and making adjustments in Unreal Engine 5 on the fly

  • Providing Confluence documentation regarding processes

  • Creating master materials to be instanced in various levels and biomes

  • Implementing Nanite workflow on some projects, and on others using traditional game workflow of low-res to baking
