At Halon Entertainment, I was responsible for many finished levels with my team, from blockout to completion. I provided:
mentoring and providing feedback to 12 artists, ensuring they had paint-overs and any questions answered
Daily meetings with the client, where I presented current progress, ensured we were meeting deliverable expectations, and answered any questions they might have
Attending daily stand-ups, going over Jira sprint board with wider teams, ensuring we were all on track to meet goals
On some projects, sitting with directors and driving them through levels and making adjustments in Unreal Engine 5 on the fly
Providing Confluence documentation regarding processes
Creating master materials to be instanced in various levels and biomes
Implementing Nanite workflow on some projects, and on others using traditional game workflow of low-res to baking
